The Alpro Pop-Up Café – Designed, Built & Installed by The Syrup Room
We took Alpro’s vision and turned it into a fully functional, mobile café, housed within a custom-built container with a fold-out deck, creating an inviting space for baristas and customers alike. Alongside it, we crafted a giant 7ft Alpro carton replica, making an unmistakable brand statement.
Over a multi-location campaign, this one-of-a-kind café popped up in five different cities, with each installation carefully craned into place. From design and fabrication to logistics and installation, The Syrup Room delivered a seamless activation that blended bold aesthetics with practical functionality—ensuring Alpro’s barista oat milk was served in style.
